CINC SYSTEMS ACCESS
To access and view your account with the association in live time, you must first register to the CINC web portal. Once you register you will receive a password for the CINC system. Please save this password in a safe place.. Once you are registered you will then be able to see your account information, history of payments and balance information. You will find the link under Documents and Forms in the private section of this website.
