In order to not delay the posting of your payments, all checks must have the unit number on the memo portion of the check and must be payable to your association and not to the property management company.

CINC SYSTEM ACCESS

To access and view your account with the association in live time, you must first register to the CINC web portal. You will find the link under Documents and Forms in the Members section of this website. Once you register you will receive a password for the CINC system. Please save this password in a safe place. Once you are registered you will then be able to see your account information, history of payments and balance information.
